📖 How to Use Your Kaloomi Sphere Ball

Power On – Switch on your Kaloomi Sphere Ball using the button at the base (or remote, if included).

Connect Device – Use Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/USB (depending on the model) to link your phone, tablet, or computer.

Upload or Stream – Select your favourite photos or videos from your device and send them to the sphere.

Display Mode – Choose between slideshow, single photo, looping video, or live projection.

Placement – Set your sphere on a flat surface, stand, or centrepiece area for the best view.

Enjoy – Watch your memories come alive in a 180° crystal-clear display that everyone can enjoy.

We’re excited to get your Kaloomi Orb™ to you as quickly as possible!

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times:

  Local (United States): 3–7 business days
  
• 
  International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
  

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please double-check your address before checkout — we can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free on all orders over R800.

Orders below R800 will have a small flat rate fee calculated at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Kaloomi Orb™.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• 
  Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  
• 
  Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
  
• 
  Returns are free if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  
• 
  For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer covers return shipping costs.
  

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  

If your Kaloomi Orb™ arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

For returns due to change of mind or personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

  Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. Then email us for assistance.
  

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your Kaloomi Orb™ for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.
